ROBOTIZED SYSTEM FOR INSPECTION OF ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION LINES
SISTEMA ROBOTIZADO PARA INSPEÇÃO DE LINHAS DE DISTRIBUIÇÃO DE ENERGIA ELÉTRICA
The Laboratory of Applied Robotics are selecting graduation students to participate in a project between UFSC and Celesc. There are 6 (six) open positions to the following Engineering courses: Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical and Control and Automation. The workload is 20h/week and the incoming is R$400,00.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
The applicant shall be judged according to technical criteria defined by the area coordinator. As a research group member, the following criteria will also be considered:
- IAA
- Experience
- Publications
- Participation in projects

The open positions are in the following teams:
AUTOMATION TEAM
Proposed activities: The main activities in this area are correlated with control system design and robot programming. Teamwork skills are required.
MECHANICAL DESIGN TEAM
Proposed activities: The main activities in this area are correlated with mechanism design, machine design, patent search, kinematic and static modelling. Teamwork skills are required.
INSPECTION TEAM
Proposed activities: The main activities in this area are correlated with the design of the robot inspection system that contains the measurements, tests, and gauges applied to distribution line components of the line. Teamwork skills are required.
